Ooooh that subtle fisheye effect in the last panel, it's so claustrophobic and nauseating (in an effective way), and that blood looks so good!

Really wondering how you do these angles. Do you just get out a ruler? Or do something digitally? Inquiring minds want to know!

Rulers when I'm on paper, but since the majority of this is done digitally, I use the line tool in SAI!
Lots of grids, grids and more grids, sometimes i'll smudge and twist certain angles to add motion or another effect, and if I'm trying to emphasise one part of a picture (like the doctor's faces here) I'll try to make the perspective branch outward from that point specifically
